Meet the owner
Rev. Jason Phillips Bass, aPHR
Founder/HR & SMB Consultant
Rev. Jason Phillips Bass is a seasoned Human Resources professional with more than 20 years of leadership experience across healthcare, rehabilitation, and business management. Known for his hands-on leadership and people-first approach, Jason specializes in HR strategy, compliance, and workforce development that drive both employee engagement and organizational growth.
As the Founder and Principal Consultant of HR PROF SVCS, LLC, Jason partners with small businesses and healthcare organizations to strengthen their HR infrastructure, improve compliance, and create workplace cultures that thrive. His consulting work has supported multiple minority-owned business startups and earned an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
Jason has served in HR leadership roles for well-known healthcare systems, including Acadia Healthcare, Reunion Rehabilitation Hospitals, SUN Behavioral Health, and Supreme Touch Home Health Services, Corp. He's been recognized for achieving 100% compliance and deficiency-free HR surveys from accrediting agencies — a testament to his precision and integrity. He’s also known for developing onboarding systems, patient care training programs, and employee engagement initiatives that significantly reduced turnover and improved morale during organizational transitions.
He's attended Terra State Community College, Scottsdale Community College and Strayer University and has studied Human Resource Management/Business Administration has earned several professional certifications, including Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR), Lean Six Sigma White Belt, and Corporate Leadership Certification. Jason is also an AI Prompting Essentials Certified Professional (AIPEC) and a Senior Fellow of the Management & Strategy Institute.
Beyond his professional work, Jason actively gives back as a volunteer job coach for immigrants through Upwardly Global and participates in national health and wellness initiatives with the National Alliance on Mental Illness and the American Cancer Society.
In his personal life he enjoys camping, bowling, amusement parks and traveling. So far Jason has traveled to Morocco, The Gambia, Senegal, France, Spain, Mexico, Canada, Puerto Rico, The US & British Virgin Islands, and The Bahamas.
