Let the onboarding begin...

Once your application is complete, come back here and review the below information!

We utilize Stripe for all contractor payments. You will get an onboarding email from them to sign-up. Please do if you already haven't with another organization.

We use Checkr for our background checks and MVRs.

YOU WILL GET AN EMAIL AND/OR TEXT TO START ONBOARDING ON THE HR PROS PLUS APP VIA CONNECTTEAM.

Once you get the invitation via text, download the app. Where it wants you to sign in, enter in your phone number you provided during the application process. Once you are signed in, there are 2 sections you can ignore, click the 3 dots at the top of the Video, and do the same under the different tutorials (you might want to watch them first), and set to hide, once that is out of the way, you will see your onboarding section, please click on that and start the onboarding process.

ONCE YOU HAVE COMPLETED ALL OF THE ABOVE STEPS... WAIT FOR FURTHER INSTRUCTIONS. THEY SHOULD COME VIA SMS OR EMAIL. PLEASE KEEP AN EYE ON BOTH. WHEN YOU ARE ADDED TO THE SCHEDULE, YOU WILL BE NOTIFED BY PUSH MESSAGE ON YOUR CELL PHONE. Once you are added to the schedule, you will be able to location, contact, details and start time. Please show up at least 15 minutes early.  

You must clock in and out and record your package count at the end of every shift! Do this via the ConnecTeam App! Also within the app, you can Chat, pick up shifts, notify us of any days off and submit requests. You will also see your pay remittances here as well.

*Your referral must be contracted with us for at minimum of 30 days for you to get paid the bonus. You must still be contracted with us, working at minimum 4 days per week.
